Coverage Includes:

Insurance to cover damage to equipment owned or leased

Insurance to cover the cost to re-record if the equipment failed to record while first recording

General liability insurance to cover to cover the legal costs to defend you should you be sued for having caused bodily injury or physical damage to a third party. If the court finds you guilty of negligence, the insurer will also pay the indemnity to the harmed person

Errors and omissions insurance to cover the legal expenses to defend you in case of a lawsuit for not having rendered the expected service, and the indemnity if the court finds you responsible for the financial loss suffered by the plaintiff.

Media liability insurance to cover you in case of a lawsuit for libel and slander, breach of confidentiality, privacy or right of publicity, intellectual property infringement (e.g. Copyright or trademark), misappropriation of name or likeness, infliction of emotional distress, breach of licence, misappropriation of ideas.
